What is an Intention Bottle?
An intention bottle is a tool that taps into the energy emitted from crystals and herbs, which can help with issues in daily life such as: racing thoughts, interrupted sleep, grief among, many others.
When each bottle is made the intention of the bottle is focused on with each ingredient added. Each ingredient adds a different attribute to the bottle.
When you meditate with the Intention Bottle, imagine a light coming from the bottle that envelops you with the intention you are trying to instill. For example, if you are feeling sadness and want to boost your mood, you would sit with the jar and imagine a bright yellow light coming from it, up your arms, and wrapping around your whole body. Sit with that for a while and your mood will start to change.
